  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the machine is disassembled if necessary and securely placed in its original packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large fitness equipment, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to schedule a professional curbside pickup at a time that fits your schedule.
